Why do you need a Property Manager?

As a Real Estate Investor, there are so many options available to you. Self Managing makes sense for many investors and that is awesome!


There are some core reasons that Real Estate Investors look to a Property Manager and though there can be more than one reason, here are 6 of many.


As a catch all, time is really the main driver for hiring someone to care for your investment. You get your time back. Managing a property takes time including Tenant Calls, Leasing, Property issues that require attention, perhaps even sourcing resources to service your property. A Property Management Company should be the easy button.


If you live far away from your investment, response times can be increased when you have a local Property Manager.


If you feel like you don't have the time to learn the ins and outs of managing, first there is lots you can learn from a property management company that will shorten your learning curve.


Most experienced Investors will say it is the time and energy in working with Tenants that Property Management professionals take care of that frees up there time.


Time is not a renewable resource. If you want more time, that's when you bring in a professional Investment Manager to Manage your Property.
