The funny thing about toilets is that they are for waste, but not every kind of waste. This is a common challenge for every property and in municipalities across Ontario they remind us of not flushing dental floss and most recently campaigns for 'No Wipes in your Pipes'.
One preventative measure that we have found effective is to place a sign in every tenanted units washroom to remind them of best practices. .... and it works!
