Average 1 Bedroom rent is $1,300. Flat at 0% MoM and flat 0% YoY
Average 2 Bedroom rent is $1,500. Down -3.2% Mom and flat 0% YoY

Toronto
Average 1 Bedroom Rent is $1,900. Down -5% MoM and down -17.4% YoY
Average 2 Bedroom Rent is $2,530. Down -4.5% MoM and down -15.7% YoY
